-a job where everybody is not only fun, friendly & supportive of eachother, but i have been speaking spanish the whole time AND busting out beautiful espresso. plus i'm a fan of the brown polyester smocks.

-a FATHER that taught me how to: grow food, operate a camera, handle a kitchen knife, use a paintbrush, turn off the t.v. & go be outdoors, like beer (homebrewing will be on this list soon i hope!), beware of chat rooms, use chopsticks, travel, seek out & participate in other cultures, laugh, think positive, demand integrity, tickle hard, be loyal, pay attention to detail, approach the japanese language (& any new language in general), work with wood & power tools, change a tire, interact with nature, embrace simplicity, conserve & not consume, value quality over quantity, not swallow coins, choose innocence, love cooking, take pride in my work, take care of my property, consider others, respect animals, invest in what you love, stick with loving even when it's hard, find somebody who's gonna love me when i'm sixty-four, be yourself, be strong & silent. he is amazing. and he was right about the onions and mushrooms and blue cheese. i concede, dad; they're awesome.
